Originated in 1951, Kaida Roll (hereinafter called Kaida) is a top brands of producing of cast rolls and forged rolls for hot rolling mills(long products mills, HSM) and cold rolling mills(CRM)for more than 35-years, widely used in ferrous & non-ferrous industries, such as steel, aluminum, etc. After years of R&D and technical innovation, Kaidahas been listed in the top 3 most professional roll manufacturers in China. In the meanwhile, Kaida is the biggest producer(with largest capcacity) of the rolls for large section mills.
Our goal is simple: To minimzie mill roll failure, breakages, surface cracks, spallings, etc, as well as mill rolls deflection, rolls wear, consumption, hardness drop; maximize roll performance, roll campaign, provides you most suitable roll material based on your mill, plus with very competitive price! In 2007, the newly-built modernized workshop was put into operation. Up till now, our plant sits on 90,000 ㎡, with approximately 50,000 ㎡ under roof. By then, Kaida has developed series of cast rolls, sleeves, shafts and forged rolls in various grades, applied to rolling lines inclusive of rail & beam, section, wire & rod, reinforced bar, strip and pipe. More than 35years of experience contributed to numerous patents in both manufacture process and material. Today’s Kaida has grown up to a world famous roll manufacturer with advanced technologies, cutting-edge R&D, stringent quality inspection, well-acknowledged rolling techniques and considerate after-sale service.
Till now, Kaida Roll can be seen everywhere at home and abroad. The exporting volume is gradually growing to over 30% ever since the last 3years.
